IMHO:  When SCOTUS is arguing "People have to know what they can talk about." That is a huge Red Flag and dangerous.  This slippery slope can only lead to Repression of free ideas, and shackles of Tyranny on the Sovereign Citizen.  The First Amendment is FIRST and not LAST for a very good reason.   ARGUMENT ANALYSIS Justices divided on the constitutionality of the federal law that bans “encouraging” immigrants to remain unlawfully in the United States By Amanda Shanor on Mar 28, 2023 at 2:25 pm FacebookLinkedInTwitterEmailPrintFriendlyShare Both oral advocates faced fairly cold receptions on Monday morning in United States v. Hansen when the Supreme Court heard argument on whether 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(iv), the federal law that criminalizes “encouraging or inducing” an immigrant to come or remain in the United States unlawfully, violates the First Amendment’s guarantee of freedom of speech.   The argument also shed more light on the newer justices’ views on the freedom of spe

OK I realize this and programs like it are all very far down the road in approval and implementation stages, so there is no turning back. AND SO would the RED States and 2nd Amender's who are feeding the assault rifle frensy with the claim of their Right to defend themselves against an hostile Government, and getting hundreds of children in schools murdered,  tell me how in Hell they are going to assault rife their way against a weapons system like this?  AIR WARFARE, ALL DOMAIN, NETWORKS / CYBER, SPACE Space Force wants $243M in FY24 to kickstart ‘Long Range Kill Chain’ to track targets from space The Space Force is "working with the Air Force and the Intelligence Community (IC) in a complementary way to design, develop, and deploy space-based GMTI systems," the service's FY24 budget documents explain.  By   THERESA HITCHENS on March 21, 2023 at 2:36 PM WASHINGTON — The Space Force’s fiscal 2024 budget requests for the first time funding for research and development
This case about separation of Church and State cuts in the opposite direction of most. This time the Church is asking for the State to stay out of it's decisions rather than for the State asking the Church to stay out it's purview.  The dilemma in all of the discussions about Church and State over issues of Law is that our European, Mid-Eastern (Moslem)(Jewish) society basis it's fundamental ideology of Law on the Moses story and the history of his recording on Mount Sinai "The Ten Commandments." While some will be quick to exclaim these a "Universally Accepted precepts of Law" to be frank without substantiation from a majority of other societies on the globe of which our United States is composed, they are a minority opinion.   Yet in the light that they (the ten commandments) are given the weight they are, the commandment "do not give false witness" for me bears on this case. The First Amendment charges the Government two things with respect

Home, Heaven, Hell

Three places vital to each of us. But which is which? The place we start. Changing and becoming  attached to. And can never change.  The place we arrive at changed. Changing after leaving that place where we start. The place changing Forces drive us to. Changed after being forced to leave the place where we start.

IMHO the U.S. Constitution is clear on this.  Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.  And the Constitution weighs heavier than the opinion of The County Attorney of West Virginia.
