 To cite Precedence for this Solomon King of Judea and Israel was brought a child and upon the child was a claim of ownership by Two women. The women came to Court and declared to be the mother of the child and there for to  be deserving of the King and the Courts Favour in receiving the custody of the child. 

The King questioning the Two women posed, "Are you Both the mother of the child?" To which they answered,"Yes." And he asked, "Are you Both telling the Truth?" To which they answered, "Yes."

King Solomon answered, " Then as you are Both sworn to me to be Truthful, the only answer is to cut the Child in half and give you Each half."

At which the true Childs mother leaped forward and cried, "No give this Other woman the Child."

King Solomon came from his throne and took the Child and gave it to the true mother, also declaring, "take this false and wicked woman out of the Court and punish Her." "For only the mother who gives birth to a child will love it so much to relinquish it." 

All women love their children so. And will relinquish them even unto God if it is for their best interest. There for it is not for the Court to Choose a Mother for a Child. It is for The mother to Come forward and make the Choice for the Child in God's sight.  And for the Court and the People to Trust in God and in the Mother.

 A reaction to listening to Richard Feynman on Quantum Mechanics Part 1 - Photons Corpuscles of Light.  The long and short of which is LIGHT is composed of corpuscles or particles, NOT waves, and their occurrence of Reflection from a surface, such as water or a window pane or a glass lens, vs the occurrence of transmission through the substance is, though precisely measurable and regular for varying frequencies of LIGHT , a completely random occurrence.  The ultimate conclusion is Nature operates on a basis of  random occurrences.
