 SCOTUS concerning the 26th Amendment and Roe v Wade: at sometime in every social circumstance the issue arrises where the parties opposed over a question must make a leap if faith and Trust. It was This leap of faith the Writers of the Declaration And Constitution made when they instilled the Citizen as Sovereign in our Democracy. 

Building on this Foundation the Government must, indeed is ordered to,Trust the Citizen. It is there for necessary that the Government Trust women, indeed All it's Citizens, to do what is right. 

There for under the XIVth Amendment Women must be afforded the equal protections in their fullest extending to Complete Control of their bodies Privately as well as equal treatment and consideration Publiclly.

 A reaction to listening to Richard Feynman on Quantum Mechanics Part 1 - Photons Corpuscles of Light.  The long and short of which is LIGHT is composed of corpuscles or particles, NOT waves, and their occurrence of Reflection from a surface, such as water or a window pane or a glass lens, vs the occurrence of transmission through the substance is, though precisely measurable and regular for varying frequencies of LIGHT , a completely random occurrence.  The ultimate conclusion is Nature operates on a basis of  random occurrences.
