Letter to Justice Clarence Thomas: Justice Thomas reading a short biography reveals you to be founded upon your Grandfather and the stern Roman Catholic influence, which included all work and no play. The exposure to overt racism in the church upon the assasination of Reverend Martin Luther King. And the teaching at Yale Law School that professed "laws are free to be interpretted by their judges as those judges see fit, disconnected from the writers intentions. Because circumstances have changed."  

I am sorry for your loss of your childhood and the life impact of all work and no play...it is a destructive cornerstone. 
I am deeply saddened for your suffering the overt racism of people rejoicing over any death, but especially the death of Dr. King. The same was true on the other hand for President Kennedy. 
I am heartbroken to hear that our Nations law schools teach such a warped doctrine. IMHO a LAW is by definintion a written statement, clearly defining human interaction. If it is abiquous in any way it is not a Law, it is an opinion. A Law should leave little room for personal interpretaion...and the judge who feels himself superior enough to change a Law should shoulder the burden of all the Souls that went into the creation of that Law. 

It has been written in your biography it is your intent to make the United States Constituion "Color Blind" on the premise that interpreting any of the Laws of it is a diservice to all of it's citizens. 

I am sorry you are placing your, and I am quoting you, "why should I give a damn about what other people think." opinion; from your highest seat in the land, upon We the millions of people for whom you should give a damn, and who know full well the Constituion was written Color-Focused at it's origin, and re-written several times with full Color-Focused intent. The slight 100 year gap between the blood-shed over this issue standing against the 400 year implementation of this color issue barely, I should say not at all, repair the damage in death and repression made....upon your own people. Your Grandfather and the Holy Catholic Church must have narrowed your vision to see only the Cross...and not the person hanging on it. I pray for you and your soul.

 Justice Thomas I call it to your attention the 400 years of Slavery and it's death, pain, ill-gotten profits, and sexual abuse and moral depravity was surrendered. And the Constitution altered most radically altered to put into Law the terms of that surrender.  For you to undo, alter, rewrite, interpret based on your personal view...what war, Citizens, Congress, Ratifying Voters, and Presidents and Representatives of the times the offenses occurred have literally inscribed in stone as the Law of the Land, is above conceit. 

For you to impose "Blindness" where Sight of Color was intentionally placed is IMHO your putting yourself upon the podium and holding up the scales in your own hands...when your hands are only ones temporarily entrusted to hold the document and read it and embrace it and the spirit in which it was written to We the People. Your voice of "Blindness" is not reaching these ears. And I think you need to think about that. I think you are standing not on foundation stone, but something else.
